Refund Policy
We strive to process refunds promptly and fairly. Please read our refund policy below:
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.
- Railway/Airline/Volvo Tickets: Refunds will be processed after we receive the refund from the respective airline or service provider.
- Hotel Availability: Hotel bookings are subject to availability. If the base category room is unavailable, a supplemental cost for upper category rooms must be paid directly to the hotel.
- State Taxes: All state taxes are charged as per the current regulations. Any changes in state taxes will require you to pay the difference directly.
- Important Note: Refund after cancellation of the booking will take 14 working days from the cancellation date. Refunds for any railway, airline, or Volvo tickets will only be processed after receipt from the respective service provider.
